This work had two challenges: the first one was how to locate this kind of facility in a rural area, the second one was how to build it in just nine months. We manage to build all block facing backwards to the existing houses, leaving enough space for the parking looking west. The building process uses a mixed structure, allowing it to be quicker and performative due to the big cantilevers. The external materials uses prefabricated methods, with glass and metal panels.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>The office building is glass-coated lacquer, seeking advantage of the local landscape, views and solar orientation. The block of maintenance developed along his back towards the neighbor buildings seeks to control the noise. The two buildings springing up in the eastern border of the plot, intend to release the maximum possible area for maneuvering and parking of the buses. The configuration and deployment of these geometries result from the interaction between these two buildings. One first emerging as the \"face\" of the set, while the workshop interacts with the parking. The physical connection between the two, made peripherally, allows large autonomy among blocks, as well as great comfort and sound insulation.
