These values allow an impartial identification of real estate value so that its assessment can determine whether or not to maintain it.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>In order to finish, complete and resolve a shapeless and unfinished block in the city center, both in terms of perimeter and height, a new building was proposed, increasing the public space by redefining the floors and layout, while simultaneously resolving a high 12-storey gable left incomplete by the nearby building.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>The building combines two residential and commercial volumes on a common base of basement floors for parking. Between the two volumes there is a wide area that anticipates the entrance to the larger volume and allows for more sunlight and open views.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>The internal organization of the complex was ment to enabling parking and housing on a reduced triangular plot.
