The contemporary assessment of heritage is carried out with attention to values such as Authenticity, Integrity and Truth – in its function, technique and materials used. These values allow an impartial identification of real estate value so that its assessment can determine whether or not to maintain it.

In order to finish, complete and resolve a shapeless and unfinished block in the city center, both in terms of perimeter and height, a new building was proposed, increasing the public space by redefining the floors and layout, while simultaneously resolving a high 12-storey gable left incomplete by the nearby building.

The building combines two residential and commercial volumes on a common base of basement floors for parking. Between the two volumes there is a wide area that anticipates the entrance to the larger volume and allows for more sunlight and open views.

The internal organization of the complex was ment to enabling parking and housing on a reduced triangular plot. The location of the vertical accesses was fulcral in the viability of the complex. 

The lower floors are for smaller types, while the tower has one apartment in each floor.
